The total duration of your interview process at Mercury will vary depending on the role. We design each process thoughtfully, taking into account the skills, scope, and experience needed, while also being mindful of your time!
Most roles follow a multi-stage interview process that include a variety of interview types and exercises. Your recruiter will walk you through what the process looks like for your specific role from the beginning. We also encourage open communication, so if there are any other timelines or commitments you’re managing (other interview processes or offer deadlines), please let your recruiter know. Our team will always do our best to accommodate.

If you have questions in the meantime on timeline, what to expect, or just general follow up, your recruiter is always the best person to contact. -
We understand that feedback can be valuable, and our recruiting team tries to share it whenever possible. However, we’re often unable to provide specific feedback on your interview performance due to company policy and confidentiality reasons. Your recruiter will always keep you informed about next steps and your overall status in the process.

The easiest way to send thank you notes after your interviews is to share them directly with your recruiter or recruiting coordinator. We’ll make sure your note gets passed along to your interviewers!
